Terms and conditions applicable for using Nitro Data
Nitro Data is a digital software service developed for use only by licensed users. Using the software means that you accept the following conditions:
Nitro Data operates with a single device license. Usage is not permitted on devices other than the one on which the license is activated. Device change requests can be made to the technical support unit and can be done once a year for free.
Daily file processing limits apply depending on the selected package. To process files beyond your processing rights, you need to upgrade to a higher package. Some advanced modifications (such as Popcorn, DSG Optimization, etc.) are only available in the Elite package, depending on the purchased package.
Since Nitro Data is a digital software product, no refund is made after license activation. You can request subscription cancellation; however, the cancellation will only be valid for the next period. No refund is made for the active subscription period.
All users can get support through the ticket system. Response time varies according to the selected package. Response is provided within 1 hour for Elite package users and within 2 hours for other users. An annual update fee applies to Lite and Elite packages, and these updates cover new vehicle models and system improvements.
Files uploaded to the system are checked for originality. The system gives a warning for files that have been modified before. Using original files is always recommended for the best results. Operations performed on modified files are the responsibility of the user.
Our company is not responsible for problems that arise or may arise from vehicles in files made from this software. Any damage, malfunction, or performance loss that may occur in vehicles due to changes made using Nitro Data software is entirely the responsibility of the user. Using the software means accepting these risks.
