GENERAL QUESTIONS

After purchasing the program, will I pay an extra fee for each file?

No, all software is free within your daily file limit. The number of files you can process daily varies according to your chosen package:

  • Monthly Package: 5 files per day
  • Lite Package: 10 files per day
  • Elite Package: 20 files per day
What are the differences between the packages?

We offer three different packages in Nitro Data. Each package has its own unique advantages:

  • Daily file limit: 5 files for Monthly package, 10 files for Lite package, and 20 files for Elite package.
  • Technical support response time: 2 hours for Monthly and Lite packages, 1 hour for Elite package.
  • Advanced modifications: Stage 2, Popcorn, Hardcut, DSG Optimization, and Launch Control features are only available in the Elite package.

What processes does the program support?

Nitro Data supports the following professional optimization and modification processes:

  • Stage 1-2 Chip Tuning Processes
  • DPF, EGR, AdBlue Solutions
  • Lambda Sensor Optimization
  • VMAX (Speed Limit) Removal
  • DSG and Transmission Optimization (in Elite package)
  • Launch Control (in Elite package)
  • Popcorn and Hardcut Features (in Elite package)
How is my uploaded file processed by the system?

You upload your file to the system and select the vehicle/ECU information.

The system analyzes your ECU/TCU file and presents applicable optimization options.

Your selected modifications are applied to your file and it becomes ready for download within seconds.

After the process is completed, you can download your file and upload it to your vehicle.
How do I know if my uploaded file is original?

Nitro Data automatically checks whether your uploaded file is original. If your file has been modified before, the system will alert you and can optionally provide an OEM (original) file.

Operations on modified files may yield unexpected results. We recommend using original files for the best results.
What happens if there is no ready solution for my file in the system?

If there is no ready solution for your file in the system, a ticket screen automatically opens. From there, you can submit your request by selecting the operation you want.

According to your package, our technical team will respond to your request:

  • Within 2 hours for Monthly and Lite package users
  • Within 1 hour for Elite package users

Our software engineers will analyze your file, add the relevant process to the system, and send you a notification.

On how many devices can I use the program?

Nitro Data works with a single device license. Your license is tied to the device you activate it on.

However, if you want to use it on a new device:

  • You can create a device change request by contacting technical support.
  • Device change is free once a year.
How is technical support provided?

Technical support for Nitro Data users is provided through the following channels:

  • All users can get support through the ticket system.
  • Elite package users are guaranteed priority response within 1 hour.
  • Response time for Monthly and Lite package users is set at 2 hours.

If you encounter a system error, our technical support team will contact you to resolve the issue.

Can I get a refund after purchase?
  • The right to refund is limited after the software license becomes active.
  • Since Nitro Data is a digital software product, refunds are not made after license activation. You can request subscription cancellation; however, the cancellation will only be valid for the next period. No refund is made for the active subscription period.
You can cancel your Monthly package subscription at any time. The cancellation becomes effective for the next period, no refund is made for the active period.
What is the annual update fee and what does it cover?

There is an annual update fee for Lite and Elite packages:

  • Lite Package: €199 annual update fee
  • Elite Package: €349 annual update fee

The annual update covers:

  • Access to continuously expanding ECU database
  • Support for new vehicle models
  • Optimized maps and modifications
  • Access to technical support and ticket system

There is no additional update fee for the Monthly package subscription; all updates are included in the monthly fee.
